		<description><![CDATA[I too listened carefully to all of the city council representatives and their LONG comments, sometimes rambling, repetitive and far off the subject. Montclairoak.com has reported gently on their comments.  If you want a ringside seat at the Oakland City Council in action, watch the KTOP TV replay of last night&#039;s city council meeting. No need to watch the long parade of citizens that took place before the city council members started in on a subject that seemed to me to be beyond discussion.  All they had to do was vote on what we the voters had already decided.  No, all the hidden agendas were in play last night.]]></description>
